The New York Mets and Los Angeles Dodgers begin the National League Championship Series with Game 1 at Dodger Stadium on Sunday, and face a quick turnaround before reaching the first of two potential off days.

The Dodgers and Mets are meeting in the postseason for only the fourth time. Prior to the 2024 NLCS, their most recent October matchup came in the NL Division Series in 2015, which was won by the Mets in five games.

By finishing with the best record in baseball this year, the Dodgers secured home-field advantage throughout the World Series. But because of the NLCS format, they could find themselves playing up to three consecutive games at Citi Field.

All NLCS start times have been officially set, and they include the potential for two afternoon games during the best-of-seven, with one each at Dodger Stadium and Citi Field.

Game 1 of the NLCS is being televised exclusively on Fox. Game 2 and potentially winner-take-all Game 7 will air on Fox and FS1, while FS1 is broadcasting Games 3 and 4 in addition to potential Games 5 and 6 as well.

Joe Davis and John Smoltz are calling all Mets and Dodgers NLCS games for the network. They also were the broadcast booth for the Dodgers’ NLDS matchup with the San Diego Padres, and are scheduled to call the World Series regardless of which teams advance.
