The Los Angeles Dodgers set their Minor League coaching staffs for the 2021 season, which included doing so for their Arizona League and Dominican Summer League teams.

In 2019 the Dodgers held a collective .556 winning percentage with their Minor League affiliates, with five of them earning a playoff berth. With the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic wiping out the 2020 Minor League season, teams sent prospects to their alternate training sites.

Although details have not yet been announced, Minor League affiliates expect to play a season this year.

The AZL Dodgers will again be led by manager Danny Dorn. Jair Fernandez and Crodell Hipolito also return as respective managers for the two DSL Dodgers teams.

With Major League Baseball taking control of the Minor Leagues, the Dodgers no longer have their Rookie level Ogden Raptors affiliate. The changes also led to Great Lakes Loons being promoted to High-A, and Rancho Cucamonga Quakes moving down to Low-A.
