The KAWS x MLB collection that celebrates the Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Yankees is releasing through Complex, Fanatics.com, MLBShop.com, MLB Flagship store and more select retailers on Monday morning at 9 a.m. PT.
That comes on the heels of the limited edition merchandise being made available at Fanatics Fest from July 16-19, which coincided with the Dodgers and Yankees playing a weekend series at Yankee Stadium. It concluded with a split doubleheader because inclement weather postponed Saturday’s game.
The Dodgers came away with a split of the two games but won the series.

KAWS, born Brian Donnelly, is a famed Brooklyn-based artist whose multidisciplinary practice spans painting, sculpture and design. KAWS lent his signature “XX” motif and COMPANION character to the MLB collection.
Dodgers KAWS items include Nike jerseys, t-shirts, hoodies, fitted and snapback caps that feature the “XX” design element. Also available are Rawlings baseballs and Marucci bats that include the signature KAWS COMPANION character.

The release additionally includes Topps trading cards that feature KAWS’ reinterpretation of Dodgers and Yankees iconography, alongside his signature COMPANION and “XX” motif.
Produced in limited quantities, the release will include special parallel editions and rare, randomly inserted KAWS autographs, designed for collectors and fans alike. Other KAWS collaborations include Supreme, Nike, Dior, UNIQLO, Vans, The North Face, Comme des Garçons, Audemars Piguet and more.
Where to buy KAWS Dodgers collection
After debuting at Fanatics Fest NYC at the Javits Center, the KAWS collection is launching globally via Complex.com, the Complex App, Fanatics.com, MLBShop.com, MLB Flagship store in New York, Nike.com, Nike brick and mortar stores, and select Dodgers and Yankees team stores.
Dodger Stadium team stores are not expected to begin selling the KAWS collection until July 31.
The release builds on prior collaborations between Complex, Fanatics and MLB. One of which was a World Series capsule by Japanese artist Takashi Murakami.
The special edition Dodgers collection featured the 2025 World Series champions emblem that was accompanied by Murakami’s distinctive multicolored smiling flowers, as well as “DODGERS” in Japanese Katakana characters.
Early in 2025, Murakami designed a Tokyo Series collection to celebrate the Dodgers and Chicago Cubs beginning the season overseas. The Tokyo Series collection represented Murakami’s first collaboration with a championship-winning team.
The release drew thousands of fans and collectors to the Fairfax District for an opportunity to buy Murakami’s Dodgers collection in person.
