After a season-long 11-game road trip, the Los Angeles Dodgers are back at Dodger Stadium for six nights, with games against the Arizona Diamondbacks and Cincinnati Reds. The homestand is filled with multiple promotional or giveaway dates, including UCLA Night on Friday, May 11.

Limited tickets remain available for the ticket pack, which includes a co-branded Dodgers-UCLA shirt. The three-quarter sleeve shirt can only be obtained by purchasing a ticket pack through Dodgers.com/UCLA.

Pregame programming will include on-field recognition of the Pac-12 and 2018 National Champions gymnastics team, plus the UCLA Spirit Squad will greet fans at the gates and pose for photos.

Drew Drysdale, UCLA student and daughter of Dodgers legend Don Drysdale, will sing the national anthem.

UCLA students, faculty, alumni, and fans are invited to show their school spirit by wearing blue and gold to the game. Fans are also invited to stay after the game for Friday Night Fireworks.

The Dodgers recently held USC Night, which bullpen coach and Trojan alumni Mark Prior looked forward to using to rib Dave Roberts and other Bruins in the organization. The tables are now turned in Roberts’ and Chase Utley’s favor.

“It’s great,” Utley said of UCLA Night. “Any time you can show support for your alma mater, it’s important. UCLA was a big learning experience for me and I think it really helped me develop my baseball ability to perform at the pro level.”

Utley was originally drafted by the Dodgers but opted to instead attend UCLA. “It was obviously a dream come true,” Utley said of the opportunity to attend the local university. “Being drafted by the Dodgers, it was a team I grew up a fan of, it also was a dream come true.

“I had a difficult decision to make. The way I looked at it at the time, I probably couldn’t go wrong either way. I really wanted to enjoy the college experience. I felt like if baseball was meant to be, I’d have the opportunity to play beyond college.”
