2026 MLB All-Star Game Voting: Shohei Ohtani, Freddie Freeman, Mookie Betts & More Dodgers On Ballot

3 Min Read

The 2026 MLB All-Star Game ballot was unveiled to the public on Wednesday morning, and voting is now underway for the American League and National League rosters.

MLB All-Star Game voting consists of two phases, with the first determining which players advance to the next round. Phase two will determine a starter at each position, with eight position players and designated hitters selected for both leagues.

The top overall vote-getter in each league will automatically earn a starting spot, skipping phase two entirely.

The remaining finalists will battle it out in the second round. Should an outfielder finish as a league’s top vote-getter, phase 2 voting at the position will still take place to determine the remaining two starters among the next four outfield finalists.

The top candidates at every position and the top six outfielders from each league are scheduled to be revealed on MLB Network on June 25.

Phase 2 of MLB All-Star Game voting begins at 9 a.m. PT on Monday, June 29, and concludes at 9 p.m. PT on July 2.

Both groups of MLB All-Star Game starters and reserves will be announced on ESPN, with dates set for July 2 and July 6, respectively.
