2026 Dodgers Spring Training Schedule: Cactus League Opener Against Angels

The 2026 Los Angeles Dodgers Spring Training schedule begins with Saturday, Feb. 21, when they square off against the Los Angeles Angels at Tempe Diablo Stadium.

That’s one day after eight other Cactus League teams begin the 2026 Spring Training schedule. The Dodgers also are on the road again Sunday before playing their first Spring Training home game against the Seattle Mariners on Feb. 23.

Overall, the Dodgers play 14 of their 28 Cactus League games at Camelback Ranch in Glendale, Arizona. They also are due to host an exhibition game against Team Mexico on March 4.

The North American start of the 2026 World Baseball Classic is Friday, March 6, in San Juan, Puerto Rico; Houston, Texas; and Miami, Florida.

Home matchups during 2026 Dodgers Spring Training include the Chicago Cubs, Angels, Arizona Diamondbacks and Milwaukee Brewers, among others.

The Dodgers’ Cactus League schedule in 2026 ends on March 21 with a home game against the Athletics. However, their Spring Training slate ultimately concludes with the exhibition Freeway Series against the Angels from March 22-24.

Next year sees a third rendition of “Spring Breakout,” with games featuring top prospects across the sport. The Dodgers’ participation in the Spring Breakout has them playing Chicago White Sox Minor Leaguers on Saturday, March 21.

The Dodgers had their 2025 Spring Breakout game against Chicago Cubs prospects rained out and it was not rescheduled.

2026 Dodgers Spring Training schedule details

The Dodgers have two off days during Spring Training, which come on March 11 and March 19. They are in split-squad action on Feb. 28 and March 15.

Opening Day for the back-to-back World Series champions then is March 26, when the Dodgers host the Arizona Diamondbacks.
