2023 MLB Postseason Bracket: Wild Card Series Matchups, Schedule, TV Info & Start Times

4 Min Read

The 2023 MLB postseason bracket was finalized on the last day of the regular season and the four different Wild Card Series are now set to begin Tuesday.

The Los Angeles Dodgers had long clinched the National League West for a 10th time in the past 11 seasons, and more recently secured the No. 2 seed behind the Atlanta Braves. While it gave them a first-round bye, the Dodgers remained somewhat impacted by the ever-changing state of the Wild Card standings heading into Sunday.

There wound up being movement in the 2023 postseason bracket for both the American League and NL, due to respective collapses by the Texas Rangers and Arizona Diamondbacks.

As a result, the Rangers allowed the AL West division title to slip through their hands and now are due to face the Tampa Bay Rays.

Meanwhile, the Diamondbacks fell from fifth to sixth in the NL, lining them up to face the Milwaukee Brewers in a best-of-three Wild Card Series. As such, the Dodgers are due to face the winner of the Diamondbacks-Brewers matchup when their postseason run begins with the NL Division Series on Saturday, October 7.
