The Atlanta Braves roster for the 2021 National League Championship Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers features 14 position players and 12 pitchers.

Among the new additions include Johan Camargo and Chris Martin, who essentially take the spots of Terrance Gore and Dylan Lee from the Braves’ NL Division Series roster.

As for omissions, Jorge Soler was not included on Atlanta’s initial NLCS roster. He remains on the COVID-19 injured list but is eligible to be activated later in the series.

If Soler is cleared to return next week, he would have to replace Cristian Pache, who was added to the Braves’ NLDS roster when the Cuban native went on the IL.

Soler was acquired by Atlanta at the MLB trade deadline and hit 14 home runs for the club in 55 games. He was one of several additions who helped propel the Braves to a fourth consecutive NL East title, along with Joc Pederson.

Pederson, known for his October heroics with the Dodgers, hit two home runs against the Milwaukee Brewers in the NLDS.

Game 1 of the NLCS between the Braves and Dodgers is set for Saturday evening at Truist Park. Atlanta will send Max Fried to the mound and is opposed by Corey Knebel, who again is serving as an opener.

The Dodgers took four of six games against the Braves this season, but dropped two of three on the road. L.A. swept Atlanta in a three-game series at Dodger Stadium that concluded on Sept. 1.
